About Sarah Barnes
Sarah is a fully qualified Buteyko instructor accredited by Patrick McKeown. Her background is as a Speech Therapist in the NHS and she now practices a manual therapy called Amatsu Therapy. She is passionate about bringing health and well-being to people through physically rebalancing the body and using breath work.
Sarah’s Buteyko breathing sessions are a safe, nurturing space to explore all the dynamics of breathing and will give you the breathing tool kit to live a calmer, healthy life.

Five week Buteyko Breathing Program
A 5 week Buteyko Breathing program starting Tuesday March 30th at 6.30pm UK time for 5 consecutive weeks after that, with sessions once a week. Groups of 2 to 4 participants.
One to one Buteyko Breathing Program
One to one private Buteyko sessions at £150 for 5 sessions The clients would receive a more personalised program with a medical history form, a PDF of the book, follow me on an App and a follow up session one month after the completion of the program to ensure maintenance and continuity.

The minimum of 5 sessions is required to learn the technique of Buteyko Breathing.
